If you are not receiving e-mails from society, please check the following:
Does the Society have your current e-mail address?
The e-mail address that you are currently using may not be the one that
you originally gave to the society. If you're able to log in to the
members section, check your profile to see which e-mail address we have
on file. If you do not know the login password to the members section,
try entering your e-mail address in the password reminder facility on
the login page. If you get an error message, we do not have your
correct e-mail. Send an updated email address to the Hon Secretary .
My e-mail address is correct, but I'm still not receiving society e-mails.
Check your spam folder. It may be that your e-mail client thinks that
e-mails from the society are spam. If you find e-mails here, you will
need to let your e-mail program know that the society address skeletal@ntlworld.com is a legitimate source of
e-mails. This is most commonly called whiteboarding or white-listing. Your e-mail client help file should be able to tell you how
to do this.
My e-mail address is correct and there is nothing in my spam folder.
This most commonly happens with institutional e-mail addresses whereby
the e-mail is being blocked by the Hospital or University receiving server. Call your IT
department to check if this may be happening and ask them to list the
society's e-mail address as legitimate
