Section 1
Voting at meetings shall be in accord with Robert's Rules of Order unless otherwise specified in these by-laws.
Section 2
If the Executive Committee so decides, a mail or electronic ballot may be conducted if it seems desirable. Such votes shall have the same effect as those at any meeting. Amendments to these by-laws shall not be voted upon by mail ballot. |
